Different people dress differently. Judging from pix I've seen of the PT family, I'd guess they're kinda cold-blooded. My family, OTOH, is relatively warm-blooded. I wouldn't have dressed like in the video till probably 40 degrees or lower. (Then again, I walk barefoot down to 45 degrees, so I'm pretty weird.)
